Along with cities' expended ,great deal of lands nearer cities in rural area has been substituted by high buildings or factories ,which bring so much money for those villagers since to occupy their land should pay for much money to compensate .

Er..... First, how to define "rural". Someone say 华西村. Huax is located in Jiangsu. its location is very better than some western area, near Shanghai, Zhejiang province. So huax is not that typic.
Everyplace has poor and rich men. The gap between poorness and richness is becoming lager, especially in China. So it's normal there are very rich families in rural area.
May be the policy "urbanization"城镇化 is also hel.

第一，如何定义“农村”。有人说华西村。华西村位于江苏。它的位置比一些西部地区好得多，靠近上海和浙江省。

所以华西村不是那么典型。每个地方都有穷人和富人。贫富差距越来越大，尤其是在中国。

所以农村地区有非常富裕的家庭是很正常的。可能是城镇化带动的。

Chinese villages can never be as rich as New York City, or Beiing or Shanghai in total GDP or many other statistics.

Some villages are rich because they are smart, shrewd and hard-working business people. Some other villages are rich because of the policy.

中国农村永远不可能像纽约、北京或上海一样那么富裕，不管是GDP，还是其他指标。
