Yeah most of the rail lines here in America are for freight trains. Transportation by train is not a very popular mode of transportation here like it was in the past. It can be somewhat expensive and time consuming. People here mostly prefer to fly. Close to two million passengers fly per day, around seven hundred million per year. When it comes to train transportation, India wins for sure.
