This turnabout was built because they could only put and off ramp to an ext on one side of the highway, so traffic coming in the other direction has no ext. In order to take that ext they have to keep driving and use this turnabout to go back in the opposite direction and then be able to access the off ramp.

Yes i liked it, the bridge is superb and the other reason i loved the most is they didn't cut the mountain  i hope when landslide happens it will not cause the bridge.

I think the investment China is making in their own country and infrastructure is amazing.  Can't the US copy some of it also? I live in the  New York City metro area and  nothing is done in 30 years. So sad. No new bridges or highways. I have to drive 100 miles through Bronx and Queens to get to neighboring Long Island because that is the closest bridge there, built in 1961.  There were so many plans and nothing done.
