India's Supreme Court has set aside the Bombay High Court verdict that said 'skin-to-skin' contact is needed for sexual assault under POCSO. The lower court had acquitted a man accused of gro a minor because there was no 'skin-to-skin' contact.

印度最高法院驳回了孟买高等法院的判决，该判决称，根据POCSO法，需要“肌肤接触”才算性侵。一名男子被控猥亵未成年人，但下级法院已经宣布他无罪，理由是没有“肌肤接触”。

Looks like that Bombay High Court Judge is either incompetent or corrupt or a male chauvinist. Anyways in the interest of justice and equity it is very important to video and audio record the court proceedings when you have judges like these on the bench, as they do it in the de ocracies of Europe, America and Oceania.
