Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has promised that Uttar Pradesh roads will be as good as American roads if BJP retains power in the state during upcoming Assembly elections. Addressing a poll rally, Gadkari said that Uttar Pradesh cannot develop and prosper unless it has good roads. He said that road projects worth Rs. 3 lakh crore have been completed in the state and the work on many others is underway.
