4-year-old mauled by a pack of stray dogs in Bhopal. CCTV footage shows how the child was bitten and dragged by dogs. The 4-year-old was chased, pulled to the ground and bitten by five stray dogs. Thankfully, a passerby intervened, threw stones and chased the dogs away. The child is in hospital with severe injuries.

Blame the animal activist, who have amended laws in such a way, that no matter how many complaints of feral dogs are made to corporation, there is no  possible solution. If there are too many feral dogs in one area, then there must be provision to relocate or shelter them.

The same situation in Kolkata.. very bad situation here..all streets are full of dogs, who run behind bikes, and attack small kids....but no action...even when municipal will take action then animal lovers (who offers biscuits to them but never take dogs to their home as pet) create unnecessary drama, protest....

I have said this time and again. Stray dogs in India needs sterilization more than any other animals. This will keep the population of dogs in check. This will reduce human - dog conflicts. Also it will also be great for the dogs as they would have to fight less for the limited resources.
