Bikaner-Guwahati Express train derails in Bengal; At least 5 killed, several injured. Probe ordered

In a tragic incident on Thursday, at least 5 people were killed and dozens injured in the Bikaner-Guwahati Express train derailment as several coaches of Bikaner-Guwahati Express overturned in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri district. Videos showed a number of coaches lying sideways down the elevated tracks as rescue workers struggled to extricate the passengers still stuck in the wreckage. A high-level commissioner railway safety inquiry has been ordered in the accident.
