The anti-armour weapon AT4 is a single-shot system operated by a single soldier and has proven efficacy against structures, landing craft, helicopters, armoured vehicles and personnel. Its 84 mm calibre warhead offers enhanced power and performance to the Indian armed forces.

DRDO submitted designe for man portable anti tank missile in 2005 but initial budget was sanctioned in 2015 . Means it took 10 years to sanction just initial budget. The way it's still under development it looks like they even had to fight for next funds for further works . I don't know about gamechanger but it would not be used against tanks owing to it being useless against any modern tanks. This is primarily bought for close quarters urban warfare kinda scenario.

Instead of buying military equipments from other countries and boosting their economics and downgrading ours, what India should do is make good relations with her neighbouring countries. Yes there is boundary issues, but if we can make good economic relations, it'll overshadow the boundary issues because we'll be dependent on each other. India is so big but can't even make good relations with Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh, that means there is something wrong with Indian government.
