Ukraine's president declares general mobilization

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered a full military mobilization after Russian forces entered Ukraine and launched a military operation. Zelenskyy said the mobilization will last 90 days. He said 137 Ukrainians were killed and over 300 were wounded on the first day of Russia's military operation.

Whether joining NATO depends on vote of Ukrainians. However, considering Russia is on the border of Ukraine, Ukraine willingness to join NATO does pose a threat to Russia. This is unsolvable.
