India on Friday admitted that a missile was accidentally fired from a military base and expressed regret that it landed in Pakistan on March 9. Pakistan Army had held a press conference yesterday saying that an Indian projectile had entered the Pakistani airspace and caused some damage to surrounding areas after it fell near a place called Mian Channu in their territory. The Indian Defence Ministry said that it has ordered a court of enquiry into the incident adding that it was a matter of relief that there was loss of life due to the accidental firing.

周五，印度承认，3月9日一个军事基地意外发射了一枚导弹，落入巴基斯坦，对此表示遗憾。

巴基斯坦军方昨天举行了一场新闻发布会，称印度发射的一枚导弹进入了巴基斯坦领空，并造成了一些破坏。

Let’s take a note that normal range of Brahmos is 300 km. According to the incident the missile travelled 104 km in Indian territory then after 90° Sharp maneuver it travelled 124 km into the Pakistani territory almost 230 kms of total travel distance. Twist in this story is the missile hit was just around 50 km away from a major Pakistani military base. So 230+50=280kms don’t know what to say but smart ones are capable to understand the scenario. One more point to remember we don’t test such missiles in western part of India. Majority of over missile tests are done in Bay of Bengal.

总飞行距离差不多230公里。

I don't think any operational brahmos is left with a dud warhead. If this a true missile, i really doubt the real reason behind this is even accidental. I mean firing a missile takes more than simply pressing a button in real life. It's a multi step process involves in executing a missile launch.
