Makeshift gallery at football ground collapses in Kerala’s Malappuram; Around 200 injured

喀拉拉邦一足球场的临时看台倒塌，致大约200人受伤

A makeshift gallery of a football stadium collapsed in Kerala’s Malappuram on March 19. Police said around 200 people suffered injuries including five with serious injuries. Police also said the incident was reported from Poongodu, a football crazy village near Wandoor. A sevens football match was being played at the Poongodu ground between two local teams. The injured were admitted to different hospitals in and around Wandoor. Police said over 2,000 spectators were reportedly accommodated in the makeshift gallery.

3月19日，喀拉拉邦Malappuram一足球场的临时看台倒塌。警方表示，约200人受伤，其中5人伤势严重。

警方还表示，这起事件是在旺多附近一个对足球狂热的村庄Poongodu发生的。

在Pungodu球场，两支当地球队正在进行一场七人足球赛。

伤者被送往附近的医院。

警方表示，据报道，临时看台容纳了2000多名观众。
