Undoubtedly Beiing!

Following are some of the praise worthy aspects on top of my head that I've personally experienced in the city -

Beiing is way cleaner when compared with Delhi. I remember being surprised when I first arrived here (Beiing was the first city I went to after living in India for most of my life). People are sensible enough to not litter, and there are waste bins available within short distances.

It has better and organized traffic. One of the things I hate most about Delhi is the traffic! And the way people drive, the chaos is enough to drive you nuts.

You cannot help but marvel at some of the buildings here, remarkable architecture.

Great infrastructure

The roads. Super wide and well-maintained roads at any given time of the year.

And, this city is super SAFE! This is the most important aspect. And you will definitely appreciate it especially when you are coming from Delhi. I can wear whatever, whenever and, wherever I want (within reasons of course) and, no one will look at me twice. Even in the middle of the night, I can walk all by myself on the roads and still not be afraid.

That said, Delhi is still home and, there is no other place like it on earth…

Of course, Beiing is more developed. I personally feel that Delhi is slightly dotted with “Dirty ” , especially on the streets. I feel no good to see unclean city corners when I were traveling across India.

Of course Beiing!

Only some select parts of Delhi look decent - those where big wigs stay. The bastis are as bad as they always were with jhuggi jhopdis, poor sanitation, lack of basic infrastructure. Not to mention that pollition levels in Delhi are about 6x that of Beiing.

Beiing on the other hand has large roads, lots of greenery, More than 8 underground lines of train (Delhi barely has 2 such lines!).

Beiing, delhi has lot of slums and many slums are not regularised by municipal corportaion or gov. and are mostly without any proper civic amenities like water, elctricity, sewerages, roads, schools, hospitals.
