“外汇违规”：小米遭印度扣押约555亿卢比，印度最大的智能手机销售商

₹5,551CR belonging to iaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd seized by E.D. under the Foreign Exchange Management Act. The cash was in accounts belonging to iaomi; seized in connection with 'illegal outward remittances' in Feb. iaomi accused of providing 'misleading information' to banks while remitting the cash abroad.

根据外汇管理法，印度执法局扣押了属于小米技术印度公司的551亿卢比。该笔现金在小米公司的账户里，因涉嫌“非法汇出汇款”于2月被查。小米被控在向国外汇款时向银行提供“误导性信息”。
