Guys, I forgot to mention that this was recorded during the lockdown. So few things like green chillies were unavailable. Otherwise I love the use of green chillies as a Rajasthani.

Most of my videos will be about Chinese food only. Indian food videos will be occasional.

Hi Ruchi, do you ever consider making Indian Chai/ teh tarik? Chinese love milk tea/ Boba tea and it's the season for us to have cold drinks :) Being a Chinese, I think most Chinese ppl will love Chai tea. in Beiing there was a teh tarik store in a travel spot which was very popular back then the famous Hongkong milk tea is originally derived from Indian Chai tea brought by British colonizers and everyone in china loves it.
