Pakistan has claimed that a member of the five-nation summit BRICS "blocked Pakistan's participation" in a dialogue for non-member states held virtually on the sidelines of the event last week. While Pakistan did not name any country, the reference appears to be towards India. In response to media queries over the matter, the Pakistani Foreign Office said: "Regrettably one member blocked Pakistan’s participation."

巴基斯坦声称，金砖五国峰会的某个成员国“阻止”巴基斯坦参加上周在会议间隙举行的非成员国对话。虽然巴基斯坦没有指明是哪个国家，但似乎指的是印度。

This year BRICS summit was organized  by CHINA... It is the sole responsibility of the organizing state to invite all the members and non member participant states for the summit.... This means CHINA doesn't want PAK in this Summitt as the all weather brother wants to protect PAK from damaging it's geo-political reputation.

PAK should understand this and focus on bringing back their sinking economy.... India and other friendly nations will also support provided PAK to focus on well being of their citizens
