China is still a develo country but they have built railway and other infrastructures for many Africa countries, for Laos, Indonesia, Saudi, Serbia, etc.... They also built the Oakland San Francisco bridge for US, Norway 2nd largest bridge, Croatia's Peljesac Bridge, Maldives Friendship Bridge and Payra Bridge in Bangladesh. They built seaports, airports, highways, roads, hospitals for many countries. They also built wind power projects in Argentina, Chile, Mongolia, etc....

WHY we haven't read any report of superpower India building all these infrastructures for other country?

Undoubtedly, this project had been very challenging. China has great tradition of taking up challenging projects. We have seen how China have built highway from vertical cliff of hill, how people have constructed houses from vertical cliff. Another major projects which is worth mentioning is south to north water diversion project.

Nothing is impossible for China.

US have no HSR technology, only usual or ordinary Railway technology..., they've been planning for decades to execute this High Speed railway project but there is no realization until now...,US must shame to Indonesian HSR project only took 5-6 years from planning until it fully Operational at June 2023 in the phase one of this project (including project been paused for a year because of COVID)..the First HSR in Southeast Asia and first in Southern Hemisphere of the Earth.

did worked with but maybe on a smaller joint venture.
