Gurugram: Raped by 10-15 men at spa daily, alleges 14-year-old

GURUGRAM: A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by several men at a spa where she had taken up the job of a receptionist.

古尔冈：一名14岁的女孩称在一家水疗中心被几名男子强奸，她在该水疗中心当接待员。

The girl has told police she had recently met a woman she knew and pleaded with her to land her a job as she was in dire need of money. The woman allegedly offered the girl the job of a receptionist at the spa owned by a relative.

女孩告诉警方，她最近见了一个熟识的女人，请求她给她介绍一份工作，她非常需要钱。据称，这名女子介绍女孩去她亲戚的水疗馆做接待员。

On her first day, the girl was allegedly called to a room and forced to share it with a man. She alleged that she was raped in the same room. When she said she would leave the job, she was allegedly threatened with a video of the sexual assault.

据称，这名女孩第一天就被叫到一个房间里，被迫与一名男子合住。她声称她在这间屋子里被强奸了。当她说要离辞掉这份工作时，她被对方用性侵视频威胁。

"They threatened to circulate the video. I was too scared and went to the spa for the next 4-5 days. I was sexually assaulted by many. On any given day, some 10-15 men would assault me," the minor told the cops.

After a few days, the girl mustered courage and stopped going to the spa. But the woman and her accomplices kept calling her and took her to a hotel, where she was allegedly beaten up.

It was the girl's parents who sensed something amiss and went to police. The minor then told the cops that the woman and the others worked as a gang to trap young girls and force them into prostitution.

The media used to highlight such heinous crimes against females, and there were adequate law enforcement agencies to combat this social scourge; however, since this is persisting in society, isn't it past time for the administration to enlist the scientists and researchers fraternity to conduct research into what is natural element behind the barbaric acts of human species?
