it is very difficult for Indians to understand what realm means, for gender equality, the primitive is treat women as lower level as in most part of India rural areas,  the second level is try to treat women equally, the third level is trying to promote women, like India intentionally put a woman as its president , the real final highest level is not to consider  gender at all, that is the real equality. all  consideration is the person's ability to do the job. as China now.
