Russian senator Igor Morozov has claimed that Ukraine and Pakistan discussed technologies for creating nuclear weapons. Igor Morozov, who is a member of the Russian Federation Council Committee of defense further claimed that "Ukrainian specialists traveled to Pakistan and received a delegation from Pakistan to discuss technologies for creating nuclear weapons".

I have been wondering about why US is giving military aid and why FATF suddenly removed Pak from grey list. Russia's claims do make sense to some extent and do provide a logical explanation. Because if Pak is hel Ukraine then US and Europe might feel that they need to do something for them in return.
