PM Modi to visit Indonesia from November 14-16 to attend G-20 summit: MEA

NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi will visit Bali, Indonesia, from November 14-16 to attend the 17th G20 summit, the government said in an official announcement. India will take over the presidency of G20 from Indonesia.

During the Bali summit, G20 leaders will deliberate extensively upon key issues of global concern under the summit theme of “Recover Together, Recover Stronger”. Three working sessions will be held as part of the G20 summit agenda — food and energy security; health; and digital transformation.

“At the closing session of the summit, President Widodo will symbolically hand over the G20 presidency to PM Narendra Modi. India will formally assume the G20 presidency from December 1, 2022,” said the government in a statement.

新德里：政府在一份官方声明中表示，总理纳伦德拉·莫迪将于11月14-16日访问印尼巴厘岛，出席第17届二十国集团峰会。印度将接替印尼担任二十国集团主席国。

在巴厘岛峰会期间，二十国集团领导人将以“共同复苏，更加强大”为主题，广泛讨论全球关注的重大问题。作为G20峰会议程的一部分，将举行三次工作会议——粮食和能源安全；健康以及数字化转型。
