I didn't hear anything about repercussions for China for behaving this way. So this leads me to believe China will continue this behavior as long as they can get away with it. Never give your enemy an inch. Fight against them in every violation, big or small, as if your survival depends upon it because it does. Let them know there will be no small incursions. Let them know that they will have to commit to an all out engagement if they decide to mess with you.

Just a week ago, India and US had a joint military exercise at the border.  It is very obvious that India instigated the border conflict again, to show Biden that India is a global power and can be entrusted with more new factories and business moving to India.  But of course, drawing lessons from previous border conflict to impress Trump, this time Modi and the Indian military are much more constraint and just had a small conflict, enough to show Biden that India is tough and strong and determined.
