Niklas Hedman, acting director of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, told CGTN reporter Wu Lei that China's space station (CSS) presents an opportunity for international collaboration in space.

Hedman said the UN space office is now working closely with the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA). He also said among the first batch of the nine projects selected from all over the world, four research teams are likely to deliver their experiments to the CMSA as early as 2023
