OMG, just got back from my in-laws and two days of feasting with family. Hong bao everywhere. This is the first year in many that fireworks were allowed in Forshan! 兔年快乐

In Hong Kong, nearly in all major festivals we have 盤菜，where all different kinds of cooked foods, pork, duck, chicken, prawns, dry oysters,etc mushroom and all sorts of vegetables are all put in a basin . These food basin can be ordered from shops, where family will collect home and reheat it. Thus saves a lot of time to prepare the foods.

在香港，几乎所有的主要节日都有盤菜，不同种类的熟食，猪肉，鸭子，鸡肉，大虾，干牡蛎等，蘑菇和各种蔬菜都放在盆里。这些食物盆可以从商店订购，可以收集食物并重新加热。这样就节省了很多准备食物的时间。
