its a blessing for someone struggling with quitting cigerette,it is for sure and it is saving lives of many adults,talking about vapes being used by minors,thats illegal and as per law not allowed so its their responsibility,in india,many items are being sold to under 18 kids,like tobacco,alcohol etc but its against the law.

vape should be legal in india asap coz we are the bigger consumer of cigerettes in the world and vapes can save many lives.
