The Chinese Foreign Ministry has said that Beiing is ready to boost ties with India and Russia, describing both as 'major powers with notable influence.' China's statement follows Russia's new foreign policy which aims to strengthen coordination and ties with India and China. While India and Russia maintain close, strategic, and military ties, relations between India and China have been strained over the standoff at the shared border.
