How could I get out of India permanently? I literally wasted my youth just fighting for food, water, and electricity. I mean, are we living in the stone age where man still has to spend most of his time surviving?

If you start working in India about 90-99% of people in offices are absolute fools like this. There’s only a handful of people who are actually doing the work and taking good decisions which saves everyone else.

The best way out is to do higher education abroad. You need to find a place that is giving education at a cost that is comfortable for you. And whether there are jobs in that particular field.

And yes, you will need to take an educational loan for this because most of us cannot afford it. But once you get the job (in most places) you will be able to make it up.

Another way out is to look for jobs by consultants that will move you abroad. This is riskier because usually these companies will promise to send you abroad but will keep you here for 1–2 years earlier to measure your performance. If you cannot impress them they won’t send you which breaks the deal with which you joined their company. But again, this is India. Here companies can do whatever they want.

1.     Apply for visa of Australi or NZ. They have low population and amy give visa easily. If you are a well qualified person you have better chnaces.

2.     Try enrolling for some university in Europe , US or down under. These is the easiest way to migrate.

3.     Illegal immigration is also a very successful option though a little risky. You can use the sea route for this purpose. Remember to destroy your passport as soon as you land in country of your choice. You may take the visa of countries that are more liberal towards granting visa like Haiti or Venenzuela or Libya and then take sea route.

5.     Make lot of money then do lalit modi to the country of your choice. Yes you can buy your way into US. Citizenships are always for sale.

6.     Take blue collared jobs through numerous travel agents in Punjab.

You see, as opposed to some fanatical indians writing irrational answer here, I think it is absolutely justified for someone to leave this place. These are the people who're injected with the disease of patriotism, the idea that they belong to only one piece of land on this earth.

Or, if you're highly skilled, than you can directly apply to companies abroad. Though there are less chance in this since companies don't want to get involved in visa trouble as long as they can find the same talent in their country.

I don’t wanna be a foreigner telling you about India. But I will say that before you go, do lots of research and visit the country you want.

Do NOT assume other countries are “better.”

Make a list of what affects you. You have written a long list of things, some of which are more news items than on-the-ground personal issues I feel.

How you go abroad depends on what stage of life you are now in:

你通过何种方式出国，取决于你现在处在哪个人生阶段：

•      Academics: It will work till you are under 30 mostly. Canada though has no age limit for those wanting to study Post Graduate Diploma and they provide 3 years work permit which you will get after 2 years study course. Many European universities have minimum requirement of IELTS 6 and CGPA of 7 or 8 to get admitted to. Finding work permit in Europe after masters is far easier than in the US.

To be honest for most of us, this is the only way to move abroad. Normal companies don’t have funds to justify hiring foreigners like us.

These are the only limited ways by which everyday Indians like you and me can move abroad.

The best way I would suggest is to take PR and get settled down either in Australia or Canada. These countries take care of their people by giving free education, medical and other facilities.

In these types of countries earning money is less competitive than India.

Get along, if you can’t make a change but never run away from problems. Because problems will start chasing us, if we start running away. I’m not preaching you, I’m sharing my experience. I left India, thinking my life will get better and I will be out all those problems u decribed above but ended up with different problems. There is always more problems waiting any where we go, instead live with known problems.

永远别放弃。

Also I would share another person experience, whom I met at the airport. He thought, his life will be better moving to Middl East but he is not able to see his family, take care of them in critical cases and he is almost close to Homeless (Because he is living in shared 1BHK with 6 people). I’m not saying, you will also endup like that. All I want to say is, you will endup with more problem.

THINK and TAKE a solid decision.

Singapore and Japan are both very attractive. If you are in IT, I hear that you can get your permanent residency in Japan in as little as one year.

But I wouldn’t call living in India the “stone age.” There is a lot of promise there. Make sure that the reasons you are not doing well are not because of WHERE you are but because of your skill set.
