In response to the escalating crisis in Ukraine, former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell's chief of staff, former army Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, said earlier this year that the United States had disturbed the world for this conflict and that it needed to stop. The U.S. and its efforts to maintain its hegemony at the expense of its allies will only alienate it, he added.

@Yun Ko That's a major reason why Russia invaded Ukraine. The other reason is that Ukraine hasn't implemented the Minsk Accord. Instead they continued to shell Donbass. Zelensky's predecessor didn't implement Minsk and Zelensky didn't implement Minsk, even though he promised to do so while campaigning.
