Overall, I would recommend going to India. There are several reasons.

Second, Indians are more optimistic, laugh more, and get along better. The Chinese are more serious and detained, and the Chinese don't like to laugh.

If you are a skilled professional foreigner, I would say India is better. Even better if you are white European descendants.

In India, if you are a diaspora working at some management level position, you can afford a full time maid, a cook, and probably a chauffeur. I had a friend who had all these and he was not even very high level.
