AMCA mk2 should be the backbone of IAF and it could replace su-30.
IAF needs at least 60+ squadron of 1000+ fighter jets to counter future mighty China & future Pakistan .So govt should include more pvt companies with HAL to achieve 50+ production rate per year.Thereby, we will have 20+ squadrons of AMCA in service by 2040.

Still it doesn't matter if it matches f35 orf22. It doesn't matter if the engine are not reliable!(IAF SU30 uses the similar Russian engine)
Doesn't matter if it was copied stolen or original design !
What matters is it is flying and has ability to carry a fair amount of armament and can play a major role in conflict with India .

actually my Friend talk about Fighter Jets...he is preparing for Civils exm, talk about ISRO, DRDO, defence.. He said India needs 5th Gen air craft ..but We work now for 6th Gen beacause its long time.. We cant work now on 5th gen AC.. So we need to buy some superior Air craft

no not at all, currently india should focus to buy some more squandrons of Rafel for IAF and Tejas MK3 for IAF. And for 5th gen we should speed up our own AMCA program.
