Vande Bharat Express trains will now come with 25 improvements which include some passenger-friendly features and other technical and safety related enhancements. Vande Bharat Express trains have emerged as the new age modern train sets for travel on the Indian Railways network.

At present, Indian Railways operates 50 Vande Bharat train services on 25 routes. Recently a new colour scheme of orange and grey was also revealed for the Vande Bharat trains when Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw visited the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai. Vaishnaw had announced that the Vande Bharat trains under production at the ICF will come with 25 enhancements.

Even as it improves the AC Chair Car Vande Bharat trains, Indian Railways is looking to roll out the sleeper variant of this premium train as well. Multiple projects are in works for the sleeper variant - ICF is looking to roll out a prototype some time next year, Russia’s TMH and India’s RVNL have signed an agreement to manufacture 120 sleeper variants of Vande Bharat, 80 more will be made by BHEL-Titagarh and a project for making aluminium train sets is also in the works.

these are cosmetic changes. Rlwys should take up parallel tracks exclusively for high speed trains. time to built green field tracks for exclusively for goods transport.

Actually we should appreciate then complaining for what ever achieved by the current Government most of the Railway stations are cleanly maintained all over the country where which was horrible in the previous government just take look at Ganges today , there are plenty like this all the kudos to the BJP GOVERNMENT.

Bio toilet flushing system did not work in c8 coach in Delhi to Ajmer Shatabdi on 23rd July 2023. Flushing system needs improvement in technology and the push button position needs to be closer to the toilet ext-door, to prevent splash. Some water is sometime found on the floor of toilet..

vande Bharat toilets are dirty and there is no cleaning done while journey. the water is on the floor all the time with no proper slope made or fan provided in it to clear the dirty water which gets spilled after usage

Vande Bharat should be for common people. The ticket should be below Rs.100/- and free for senior citizens, students, teachers, government servants and security forces.

For comfort increasing angle of back rest is not sufficient, the seat should also be tilted somewhat( front edge up). Otherwise the person slips on the feat. I mean make it as near to zero gravity chair as possible looking at space available.

Indians can go and spoil even the high end Japanese trains as we are not concerned on hygiene matters. We spit, throw garbage anywhere. Unless we Indians mentality doesn’t change nothing will work out. Atleast start it by yourself….
