India's Pinaka Multi-Barrel Rocket Launcher System (MBRLS) has drawn global attention as recent reports suggest that the system was delivered to Armenia via Iran, reportedly upsetting neighbouring Azerbaijan. The Pinaka MK-1, an India-made rocket system with a range of 38 kilometres, boasts quick reaction time and a high fire rate. A single Pinaka system fires 12 rockets in just 44 seconds. The deployment has raised concerns in Azerbaijan, which is currently in a standoff with Armenia. Meanwhile, India's defence exports are making waves globally.

Azerbaijan may be concerned but certainly not spooked, as you suggest. Other countries, notably China, have similar systems if not better. Expect arrival of such systems into Azerbaijan from China. As for Azerbaijan being an aggressor, how did you come to that conclusion? It was Armenia who agressed and took possession of Nagorno-Karabakh by force. Azerbaijan simply took it back. And it was helped by Turkey and Pakistan to regain its territory.
