China's fastest cross-sea high-speed railway, the 350 km/h Fuzhou-iamen high-speed railway, started operation on Thursday. The railway, featuring various intelligent technologies, connects major scenic spots along the coastal cities in the province.

China's fastest cross-sea high-speed railway connecting cities including Fuzhou and iamen along the west coast of the Taiwan Straits began operation on September 28. A Fuxng bullet train departed from Fuzhou at 9:15 a.m., marking the opening of the 277-kilometer high-speed railway that boasts a maxmum speed of 350 km/h. The railway also features intelligent technologies, including the Internet of Things, edge computing and a geographic information system.

I truly believe that China will have BRIDGES of types and sizes that connects to all of the major Asian countries, some of the Pacific Islands and go as far as North America, South America, Africa and Europe by 2050. People can drive themselves or catch the HSR to reach their destinations and there will be stops along the way with specially built attractions, hotels, restaurants and other amenities for people to stop to take a break, recharge their EV's or even stay longer in the hotels/B&B's. These stops can be on land, under the water or man made islands.
