“停止挑衅……”：船只在南海相撞，菲律宾与中国正面交锋

A renewed maritime faceoff erupted between China and the Philippines after ships from the two countries collided in the disputed South China Sea. The Philippines called on China to stop provocations. Beiing hit back at Manila, accusing it of deliberately stirring up troubles. Manila and Beiing have a long history of maritime disputes. The latest incident has further raked up tensions in the region.

中国和菲律宾的船只在有争议的南中国海相撞后，两国再次爆发海上对峙。菲律宾呼吁中国停止挑衅。中方对马尼拉进行了回击，指责其蓄意挑起事端。双方有着悠久的海洋争端历史。最近的事件进一步加剧了该地区的紧张局势。

10月22日，菲方挑衅行动进一步升级。菲律宾2艘民用船和2艘海警船未经中国允许，擅自闯入中国南沙群岛仁爱礁邻近海域，且不顾中国海警船警告，执意冲闯仁爱礁潟湖，并以危险方式碰撞现场执法的中国海警船和正常作业的中国渔船。

从中方公布的视频来看，都是菲律宾船只故意为之，特别是第二起擦碰，中方船只处于“停车漂泊”状态，而菲方船只有预谋主动倒车造成了新的事端。而且在视频中能清晰看到，擦碰的程度非常轻，但马尼拉和美西方却用了“相撞”“碰撞”等词极力渲染。

Wherever the US government goes, wars, political instabilities, coups, assassinations follow. I live in the Philippines, and the US government is acting with impunity here.
