I am astonish by the stark differences between China and India. China is known for its surplus of buildings, often referred to as "ghost cities," with thousands of such cities already in exstence. Contrarily, India grapples with a scarcity of buildings, and slums are prevalent everywhere and often lacking adequate sanitation facilities. Similarly, the USA is facing a situation akin to India with a significant shocking amount of homelessness.

Between 1995 and 2015 big Chinese cities were pretty much like this, but now the air is much, much better. It seems like every develo country has to go through a period like this before they come out on the other side.
