BSF soldier killed in firing by Pakistan Rangers

巴基斯坦游骑兵开枪打死印度边防部队的一名士兵

A BSF head constable was killed in the firing by Pakistan Rangers in the wee hours of Thursday along the border in Ramgarh sector of Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The BSF personnel killed along the border was identified as Lal Fam Kima, 50, who suffered injuries and later succumbed at the hospital. Kima is a resident of Aizwal in Mizoram and is survived by wife and three children.

周四凌晨，印度边防部队一名警长在查谟和克什米尔Samba区Ramgarh区边境被巴基斯坦游骑兵开枪打死。

"During night intervening 8/9 Nov 2023, Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing in Ramgarh area which was befittingly responded to by BSF troops....Director General and all ranks of BSF salute the supreme sacrifice of HC/GD Lal Fam Kima of 148 Bn who succumbed to injuries during unprovoked Cross Border Firing incident along the Jammu Border," BSF said in an official statement.
