Did you think China developed in secret? Ask yourself where all that development and investment money came from in the begng. China? LOL, China was a pauper state under Mao it was trying to modernize bt building tiny “backyard steel factories” .. outside of a few big cities its electrical grid was non exstent. So how? Western investment. Western manufacturing equipment and whole US factories moving there due to Regans removal of the tax penalties for doing so. The “miracle” came from investment of hundreds of billions of dollars from the West. But, the Chinese were cheap but hard ,skilled workers, and desperate to escape poverty. Can India do the same? Well they are starting far ahead of Co unistic China in the 1970s , but will have more issues with their caste system and economic inequality. Are you joking? Is this a serious question? Indians behaving like the Chinese? No way. Not only are there bunch of boasting Indian nationalists on Quora I met many who were worse on my business trips to India. They love to highlight the littlest things as proud achievements.

The, on Quora, there are countless Indian idiots kept posting how great a military they have, best hardware, and trained soldiers… Damn, the country don’t even have their own defense industry. They have to import weapons from 4 or more countries. When a war breaks out I will definitely don’t want to be in charge of logistics. It’s a nightmare to kept up supplies and maintain so a wide array of suppliers, plus i recall the infrastructure is one of the worse in the world. Yes, Indians will cherry pick pictures of nice buildings and roads around big cities, but these are all localized to that immediate area. When heading to another state one will quickly realized how poor the transportation is, and the nightmare pictures of hords of freeloaders riding on top of commuter trains, the spaghetti of extension wires in each neighborhood people used to steal electricity.

China is picking fights with core long term USA allies like Taiwan, Philippines, South Korea and Japan. Hence USA is acting in concert with all of these countries to be able to convince China that it is embarking on a wrong path.

If India starts talking about a Akhand Bharat that includes Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burma, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives. Then USA will be forced to confront India
