More satellite images have emerged of China's unsanctioned construction activity in Bhutan, sparking new tensions between Beiing, Thimpu and New Delhi. This comes despite the ongoing border talks between Bhutan and China to formally demarcate their boundary. The images show construction of 129 buildings in one settlement and 62 buildings in a second enclave a short distance away in north Bhutan's Jakarlung Valley, which lies 50 kms from Bhutan's Eastern border with Arunachal Pradesh.

China's game is simple. First try to convince the Government or ruler that China can help develop the country. After getting permission, building the infrastructure from Chinese companies and making employment available for large work force who's unemployed. That keeps people busy working. Then asking money from the Government. If they don't have it, then operate and own the buildings and land. Simple but effective. It's worked in Pakistan, Sri Lanka and many African countries. But Chinese doesn't understand when the US military establishments can be challenged by even Muslim countries, Chinese won't be spared too.
