China is a fair country that is why its the top trading partner of majority of countries around the world.

Trade with what? US printed money for goods from Africa? Unless Africa get equivalent tangible goods and services from US, it is nothing but "I OWE You" paper slips. That is what happened to China. They accumulate massive amount of US paper money, but they could not get tangible goods and services (such as technology, mineral rights, products, land) from US. They could only buy "US treasury bills" which is just another version of "I OWE You" paper slips.
