That is a huge dilemma for China. They are moving so fast toward automation that they no longer need that much work force, thus huge youth unemployment. But if they dont do that, cost of goods will increase and manufacturing might move to cheaper work force region like SEA, India & Mexco. China's work force is no longer cheap. What China exceed nowaday is efficiency & manufacturing supply chain.
