Russia has enough nukes to defeat Europe easily and is big enough that Europe nukes won’t kill too many people in Russia.

But in a conventional war it becomes interesting. Russia’s large tank and ground forces have the ability to be mobilised and spread out across Europe. Europe’s technological superiority would mean that Russia’s air forces are dominated, with strikes against supply lines etc. Russia’s tanks would eventually be stopped and destroyed.
