Indian payments giant Paytm and smartphone maker X iaomi are reportedly being probed for their investment links to China. As Paytm is facing India's Central Bank's crackdown for non-compliance of regulations, X iaomi has been under the Indian government's scanner for a while now.

I work in iaomi and the allegations on the Company are baseless. Recently even a demand of 1000 cr was dropped. The Court didn't confirm the allegations rather it said there is an alternate remedy hence the same needs to be adjudicated in the tribunal. The company overall is providing jobs to 50,000 people. So it's a half baked news and for info the company has paid taxes of around 1,00,000 Lakh crore. I don't support any crooks.
