China invests 2.5 percent of its massive GDP in R&D while Bharat invests 0.57 % of its peanut GDP in it. It invests more in “manufacturing mandirs and elections”. China has been investing in science and technology since decades. And now AI. It’s a manufacturing hub an India cannot crush it nor decouple with it. DRDO has never met or meet its targets, and Atma Nirbhar Bharat is a big hot gas ballon inflated by an equally big gas bag at the helm. This is a multipolar world but Modi’s fantasy Bharat is not on any pole! Rather it’s a become hole. It’s clear, China dictates terms and sets norms for the Global South where 80% of the world resides and not 4th fail Jumla Chaha’s fictional world!
