External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Saturday reaffirmed India's stand and commitment to buy Russian oil despite respective sanctions on Moscow amid the military conflict with Ukraine, saying it should not be a problem for others.

India buying Russian oil is also benefiting the European countries.
If India stop buying oil from Russia there is no way we can catch up to China because Chinese buying Russian oil left and right .
India will have to increase the purchase from middle East countries which will only increase oil prices in both Europe and India .
India export excess Russian oil to Europe. So they have less guilt they they are not buying from Russia.
I don't know why they keep asking this question .
If Europe could produce oil we would be happy to buy it from them .
