Yes. In particular the Five Eyes countries are having their arms twisted to go against China.

Just yesterday, the latest example was Boris Johnson having to reverse course by preventing Huawei from tendering for contracts. Australia was the first country to submit to the USA request. I'm not sure about Canada and New Zealand, but don't be surprised if they rollover too.
