Of course US Air Force is better as USA had been at War up to this current time. USA air froce had done millions of bombings and transported billions of ton amory .  Chinese Fighter and Bomber had yet to fire , bomb anything nor had a kill .

It's obvious a C-17 in my opinion is superior. It's a war machine in the sense of it carrying war vehicles and supplies. It also offers the ability to get penetrated by a boom and refilled in mid-air so that could be considered unlimited range. I find the C-17 much better in my opinion.

The fact of the matter is where are the US C-17 to be deployed from where. The answer is from US homeland to Pacific east region is 10,000 km away. The Chinese Y-20 from their homebases to Eastern Sea targets in 1,000 km. Thus, Y-20 can fly back and forth a number of trips vs C-17 to fly 1 time. LoL.
