Our first time visiting Chongqing, China!

Chongqing is the biggest city in the world, by population. We were shocked to learn that over 32 million lives in this megacity.

And since this city is built on mountains, there are many bizarre infrastructures built to accommodate the landscape, and the people. We had been wanting to travel to Chongqing for quite some time and when we finally got the chance we were not disappointed, it's insane! It was such a cool city with so many amazing things to do.

Do you know that the amount of concrete China laid in the last 3 years superseded the amount the U.S. laid in the last 100 years. China is constantly moving at light speed. In order for India to catch up to China, it needs to move even faster than China because China is not standing still. So unless India can out pace China, the gap will only widen. India doesn’t need to out do or out compete China in any way to be successful. It just needs to keep improving itself and not let the West use them as pawns.

Is China 70 years ahead of India? Well, it depends.

Can India get its act together and fix its major political and social problems? Can it improve the nation's governance? Can it achieve ethnic and religious harmony across the country? Can it improve human ri hts, especially as it relates to women? Can it achieve high literacy among its 1.4 billion people? Can it rapidly build up its infrastructure? Can it be friendlier to foreign businesses?

Can India sustain 6-7% GDP growth for the next 70 years?

If I were a betting man, I wouldn't put my money on India. Sorry.
