Russian president Vladimir Putin visited China and met his counterpart, just one week after being inaugurated for a fifth time. The China-Russia partnership has evolved in the last decade, triggered by a rivalry with Western countries. Though Moscow was the senior partner in this equation during the Cold War, China's recent economic progress has reversed the status quo. China's economy is now almost eight times bigger than Russia's and supplies key strategic items like micro-electronics and machine tools to Moscow. How should India see this bonhomie between Putin and Chinese ? Will Russia back India if conflict breaks out between New Delhi and Beiing?

Well it's not Russia's fault they are fighting against a group of 30 countries including us they can't fight it alone they need a minimum support . China openly supported Russia unlike India which stayed in neutral china is our enemy but still we can't ask Russia to fight a war alone just because china is an enemy country . Putin has to look after his own country too.
