NEW DELHI: Union civil aviation minister Ram Mohan Naidu on Saturday said that a war room has been constituted to ensure refund or alternate flights for passengers affected in the Delhi airport canopy collapse incident.

新德里：周六，印度民航部长拉姆·莫汉·奈杜表示，已经建立指挥室室，以确保在德里机场顶篷坍塌事件中受影响的乘客获得退款或更换航班。

The minister assured that proactive measures are being taken to ensure such incidents are not repeated.

部长保证将采取积极措施确保此类事件不再发生。

Naidu expressed his condolences on the loss of life in the incident which occurred Friday at the Delhi Airport Terminal 1.

奈杜对周五在德里机场1号航站楼事件中丧生的人表示哀悼。“发生在德里机场的事件是非常悲惨的，我向失去生命的人表示哀悼。一些人也在事件中受伤，他们已被送往医院，正在接受治疗。”

"The incident that happened at the Delhi airport is very tragic and I offer my condolences to the one individual who lost his life. Some people were injured also in the incident, they have been taken to the hospital and their treatment is underway," the minister said.

“发生在德里机场的事件是非常悲惨的，我向失去生命的人表示哀悼。一些人也在事件中受伤，他们已被送往医院，治疗正在进行中。”

"We have taken control of the situation and as soon as the incident was reported, all the emergency response teams including teams of NDRF and CISF immediately went to the spot and engaged in the relief operations to prevent any further damage," he added.

他补充说：“我们已经控制了局势，事件一被报道，包括NDRF和CISF在内的所有应急反应小组立即前往现场，参与救援行动，以防止任何进一步的破坏。”

He said passengers would get a guaranteed refund within seven days or alternate flights would be arranged for those who faced flight cancellation.

Absurd claim by minister. Incident occurred at 5 am and my Indigo flight to Delhi T1 scheduled for departure at 8:15am from Kolkata was rescheduled at 7 am, jeopardising my plan completely. There was no option for cancellation without hefty penalty.
