This week, the European Union's provisional tariffs into Chinese-made Electric Vehicles (EVs) took effect. In response, Beiing is intensifying its scrutiny of European imports. China has ramped up its anti-dum investigation into European brandy. The Chinese Commerce Ministry is scheduled to hold a hearing on 18th July. Chinese officials allege European Brandy producers are selling products in China below market rates. Palki Sharma tells you more about the intensifying trade tensions.
