Rival Palestinian factions, including Fatah and Hamas, have signed a declaration aimed at ending their division and building unity following talks in Beiing. The signing marks a diplomatic win for China. Senior representatives of 14 Palestinian factions reached the agreement, after reconciliation talks in the Chinese capital that began on July 21, 2024.
